4. Board of Health
   1. Reports successful completion of six month Initial Evaluation Period for Anna McCaffrey
      Section 3.0 Initial Evaluation Period: Prior to the conclusion of the six-month initial evaluation period, or 12 months in the case of police department employees, including any extensions thereof as outlined in the HRPM, the Department Head shall make a recommendation in writing to the Appointing Authority that the candidate be appointed as a Year-round Employee or, terminated.
   2. BOH Certifies that Anna McCaffrey has completed all certifications required by the position description to be advanced to the next higher pay grade. When an employee is promoted to a higher-rated job, the employee shall enter the position at the minimum rate of the job range or at the closest step that is equal to or greater than the employee’s present rate, whichever is higher. The employee may also receive a step increase at that time if the Department Head feels that the employee's qualifications and performance warrant it and with Human Resources Board and Appointing Authority approvals. 
5. Library - Request of Library Trustees to appoint Drew Dubno to the position of Assistant Director/Youth Services Librarian.
6. Request of the MVC Representative Joan Malkin - support letter for regional grant application
   to the MA Municipal Vulnerability Preparedness (MVP) program.
7. Beach Committee - Menemsha Beach:  Request to alter the stone revetment by the removal of rocks to avoid stepping over the wood seawall from the parking lot to the beach.
8. Marijuana in town: Geoff Rose seeking to make summer deliveries of mj.  State advised that delivery is allowed if one of three conditions exist. 1. Retail sales permitted in town, 2. Town hosts a licensed delivery service, or 3. The town votes to inform the cannabis control commission they wish to allow deliveries in town. In speaking to the state CCC it would be like a local adoption of a state law or a local bylaw. For us that would be a warrant article at a Special or Annual Town Meeting.
