The proposed roof height of the addition will be 15’ and the addition will meet all setbacks. This project is in the South Road Roadside District. Doug Liman; 24 Blacksmith Valley Road (Map 35 Lot 3): Replace 3 windows on the second floor. Upgrade electrical from 100 to 200 amp; Add a gas stove.
