The project consists of a garage that is approximately 23 feet in height. The project is located within the Zone D of the Squibnocket Pond District. A site visit is scheduled for April 5th at 9:10am. |
2. | Mark Hurwitz; 34 Hewing Field (Map 12 Lot 66): The applicant seeks to convert the second floor of an existing office into a 631 sf accessory apartment. The footprint of the building will not be changing except for the addition of a second egress stairway. The project is within the Meetinghouse Rd and Tiasquam River District. |

The array will be located 175 feet from South Road at its closest point. The project will involve digging a trench from the array to the electrical meter and driving posts into the ground.
