      2. $30,000 of $40,000 to fund the Police Reform Act "Bridge Academy"
    3. Paving projects - site visits Friday
      1. Squibnocket Road (first priority) 1300 feet 19 feet wide
      2. North Road from Larsen Lane to Boathouse Road (second priority)  600 feet at 37 feet wide
      3. Meeting with White-Lynch representative Wednesday afternoon.  $170,000 of state aid funds available without TM vote.
