Request for temporary assistant for three months to organize the incoming submissions of payroll and turnovers; help with opening & sorting mail; tracking the beach sticker turnovers; processing warrant checks for mailing when balanced; and any lower level clerical work that would allow the Treasurer to focus on the cash management at this time
      1. TA:  Recommendation 10 hours week Administrative Assistant August 1 - October 31

  8. Peaked Hill Pastures Community Housing Committee - Funding not to exceed $5,000 to hire RFP consultant

  11. Public Safety Building Committee
    1. Update from Chair Person
    2. TA: request Select Board authorize a one-time payment of up to $150 to each town hall staff person that makes a request for reimbursement towards the purchase of noise canceling headphones, alternate transportation (to reduce parking needed), or any other reasonable mitigation (as determined by their supervisor) during the construction.
  12. Town Administrator 
  13. executive session to approve minutes and retrun to release the minutes.
