(Map 35 Lot 2): The applicant seeks to remove an existing dwelling and construct a new dwelling, a
detached garage, swimming pool, utilities and associated landscaping. The project is located within the
Squibnocket Pond District.

Hugh Weisman for 33 Lake Road Realty Trust; 33 Lake Road (Map 35 Lot 6): The applicant came before
the Committee on May 1st for a project to remove an ~ 10’ x 27’ portion of an existing dwelling and replace
it with a 12’ x 37’ new one-story addition with a 13’ setback on a non-conforming lot. The applicant returns
to present changes to the plans which include the addition of an outdoor shower and changes to windows.
The project is within the Squibnocket Pond District.

Joseph Dick for Dennis & Kimberly Burns; 8 Gulls Way (Map 30 Lot 3): The application seeks to add a loft
to secondary structure on a 2.8 acre lot. The existing main & secondary dwellings exceed the total living
area allowed on the lot before the addition. The project is located within the State Road Roadside District.

Bob Labaree; 78 Menemsha Inn Road (Map 21 Lot 36): The applicant seeks to install a 900 square foot
vegetable garden on the edge of wetlands. The applicant is also considering installing a ground mount solar
array with generator. The project is proposed in the inland Coastal District.
