MVC Zoning Analysis for Housing Solutions

This Zoning Analysis is part of the effort to help Martha’s Vineyard better provide the housing the Vineyard
needs to be a thriving, diverse, and affordable community. It intends to help address the role that zoning
and planning play in the disconnect between the housing market and the needs of island residents. This
report will help individual towns and the island understand how their zoning impacts the creation of
naturally occurring and deed-restricted affordable and community housing.
