Chilmark Housing Production Plan 2025

The Chilmark Housing Committee worked with the Martha's Vineyard Commission and Barrett Planning Group to update the Housing Production Plan (HPP) this year. 

"Grounded in an analysis of housing needs and barriers to housing growth, the HPP helps towns set housing development goals that address state requirements and local concerns."

Three community sessions were held on Zoom for Chilmark to gather public input for the Town's plan in the next five years - you watch recordings of these sessions here. 

The Chilmark Housing Committee supports the eight goals outlined as part of the discussion to develop new housing opportunities for year-round affordable housing.
