   1. Commercial & Dutcher Dock Bulkhead - Seaport Econ Council grant - next steps & Scope of Work to release for next phase.
   2. Recommendation on banning moorings in an area of Nashaquitsa Pond to protect shellfish/eelgrass
   3. Comfort Station - inspection by structural engineer on Wednesday Sept 28.  Report due Thursday October 7 for Nitrogen Committee.
   4. Dredging general permit - update
   5. clean dredge spoils for dune restoration project January-April 2023.
6. CZM - Chilmark Conservation Officer Kara Shemeth
   1. State Grant for Dune Restoration - must be completed before June 30, 2023.
   2. local grant match in clean sand from dredging
   3. Woods Hole Group proposal
7. CCC -
   1. MV Chamber Music Society request to rent hall for concerts again.
   2. Advisory Committee agreed to allow Chilmark School to use the stage on Mondays and Wednesdays, in addition to Thursday gym day.
8. MV Commisson - Eversource Working Group memo Kate Warner
9. Vineyard Wind request for support of a grant from state for low income energy efficiency funds 
10. Joint Meeting of Up Island Select Boards regarding Howes House renovation funding
11. Adoption of Mullin Rule at STM
