Reid Silva for Lenom House, LLC; 138 State Road (Map 33 Lot 16): Construct a detached bedroom, septic tie-in, utilities and associated landscaping. The project is in the State Road Roadside District, in the inland Coastal District and a portion of the project is located within 100 feet of buffer zone to the flood zone. This project was reviewed 9/27/21 by this Committee and is returning due to substantial changes in design.
