Matt Liles for Star Castle LLC; 11 Ocean View Farm Road (Map 25 Lot 108):

This applicant is returning to the Site Review Committee after a site visit is performed.

 

The applicant seeks to install a 20 kW ground-mounted solar array with 50 panels that stands less than 10 feet in height. The array will be located 175 feet from South Road at its closest point. The project will involve digging a trench from the array to the electrical meter and driving posts into the ground. The project is located within the South Road Roadside District.

2.

Offshore Shingles Inc. for Marina P Kaufman Q P R T; 3 Wososket Lane (Map 11 Lot 60): The applicant seeks to build a 640 sf addition to the main dwelling. The project is within the South Road Roadside District.
