Fred Khedouri; 4 North Ridge Road (Map 18 Lot 32): The applicant previously appeared before this Committee in October 2021 to construct a new one-story, 3-bedroom house on existing 4.12-acre lot. The applicant would like to add a 350 sf detached bedroom which will conform to side yard

setbacks and Roadside District setback relative to overall height, and will lie outside 100-foot buffer zone from small wetlands indicated on Site Plan from Vineyard Land Surveying. This project is in the Meetinghouse Road and Tiasquam River District and in the Meetinghouse Road Roadside District.

Madelyn Silvia for Elizabeth P. Wokdak Revocable Living Trust; 21 Tea Lane (Map 12 Lot 39): The applicant would like widen the opening in the stone wall along Tea Lane to allow for entrance of construction vehicles. The location is in the Tea Lane Roadside District.

Bruno Oliveira for Chilhead Ventures LLC; 512 North Road (Map 27.1 Lot 85):  The applicant would like to replace the cement patio with a wooden one and add a pergola that consists of poles and sale cloth. The location is within the inland Coastal District and North Road Roadside District.
