Eric Glasgow for Grey Barn Real Estate Holdings LLC; 4 Cobbs Hill Road (Map 11 Lot 21): Renovate existing barn with first floor used for farm operations and the second floor as employee housing with 4 bedrooms. A solar array will be installed on the roof. This project is within the South Road Roadside District.

Bruce MacNelly for 239 State Road LLC (Jerome Vascellaro, Manager); 239 State Road (Map 33 Lot 49): Replace existing 1325 sf one-story residence with a new 2350 sf one-story residence, with walk-out basement area. Also proposed: 16'x24' one-story garage, and tennis court with fencing. Project meets 25-foot setback from lot lines for a lot of 1.5 acres. The project is in the State Road Roadside District.

Zoltan Clarke: 2 Lobster Lane (Map 17 Lot 13):  Construct a 1092 sf studio that measures 30’x36’ and meets the 35-foot setbacks from lot lines for a 2-acre property. The project is within the South Road Roadside District.
