Purpose: To review the project and determine if it is ready for public hearing. 2. Project – DRI 696 Fine Fettle Dispensary – Lighting Plan Review (tentative) Applicant: Cedar Box MV LLC; FFD Enterprises; Ben Zachs (Fine Fettle CEO) Proposal: Operation of a recreational marijuana facility at the existing registered marijuana dispensary. Location: 510 State Road, West Tisbury. Map 16, Lot 101 (0.405 acres). Purpose: To review the lighting plan and discuss options with the applicant regarding potential modifications.
