1. Meeting minutes: Review November 4, 2022 meeting minutes.
2. Review projected CPA reserve funds and FY 2024 Reserve Amounts
3. Review the following applications:
- Harbor Homes of Martha’s Vineyard is requesting $50,000 from Chilmark CPC to assist with the purchase of an existing building and the creation of 5 – 6 additional units of affordable housing. This is a regional project. CPC funds from all towns will be used to help finance the property.
- Island Autism Group is seeking $99,800 of CPA Affordable Community Housing and Open Space Park & Recreation Funds as Chilmark’s share of the cost to support Phase Two of their project: building two 4-bedroom houses that will house people with 24-hour on-site staff.
- MV Camp Meeting Association is seeking $142,200 of CPA Historic Preservation Funds as Chilmark’s share to restore the roof on the historic Tabernacle in Oak Bluffs.
- Aquinnah Parks & Recreation Committee is seeking $15,000 to fund a portion of a new playground at the Aquinnah Town Hall.
