Public Hearing at 7:00 P.M.

Public may attend earlier at 10:00 A.M. and/or 3:00 P.M. Hearings If More Convenient

The MV Cable TV Advisory Committee will hold three (3) public hearings on Wednesday, October 26, 2022 by Zoom Video Conference and Telephone Platform, at the following times:  10:00 A.M.,  3:15 P.M. & 7:00 P.M.

Primary Public Hearing at 7:00 P.M.

The public may attend the earlier 10:00 A.M. and/or 3:15 P.M. hearings if more convenient. 

Purpose of the Public Hearing - To obtain public comment regarding:

1.  Future cable-related community needs and interests, including:

• Community (PEG Access) Television, including
• Funding for Operations and Programming (e.g. MVTV).
• PEG Access Programming on the Comcast Electronic Program Guide.
• Availability and Reliability of Cable Service.
• Comcast Customer Service, including the Customer Service Office.

      2.  Performance of Comcast as cable operator.

Any applications, reports, statements and/or amendments in the possession of the MV Cable TV Advisory Committee to be considered at the hearings will be made available by posting on at https://www.chilmarkma.gov/cable-advisory-board within a week of the hearing.

All interested persons are invited to attend and provide comment and requested to send written information to townadministrator@chilmarkma.gov with the topic CABLE.
