Come join us to discuss key zoning reforms towns can adopt to advance year-round and affordable housing in a way that :
- protects habitat and open space by focusing on infill
- meets climate goals by emphasizing density over sprawl
- supports the character of the community
In this Model Bylaw Workshop, we will be looking at 4 key zoning levers our rural towns can utilize, and what they would look like applied locally to meet community priorities:
- ADUs by Right
- Multi Family
- Mixed Use
- Undersized Lots
This meeting is open to the public.
Town boards and committees are especially encouraged to attend!
