The applicant seeks to construct a 20’ x 48’ in-ground swimming pool and 20’ x 32’ pool house in a location that will meet the required setbacks. The pool will be heated by electric air source heat pump with energy offset by enrollment in a green energy program. The enclosure will consist of an automatic safety cover. The pool will also have a winter safety cover used in the off-season that will meet minimum support/safety requirements The equipment will be housed in a shed that will meet required setbacks.
