Sourati Engineering Group for 5 Ocean View Farm Rd Trust: 5 Ocean Farm Road (Map 25 Lot 109): The applicant seeks to demolish the existing dwelling and construct a single-family dwelling on a 1.9-acre lot. The proposed dwelling would be located over 400 ft from South Road. The height would be 20’ 10” above mean natural grade. There are no wetlands within 100 ft of the structure. The property is located in the South Road Roadside District.
