Reid Silva of Vineyard Land Surveying & Engineering Inc for Town of Chilmark Fire House-EMS; 401 Middle Road (Map 26 Lot 99): Remove and reconstruct a pre-existing, non-conforming building on a non-conforming lot. Existing building is located 12’ from the closest lot line (Menemsha Crossroad) and the new building will be 22’ from the lot line. Existing height of the structure is 22’ and the proposed height is 26’ from grade. This project is in the Middle Line Roadside District.

 

2.

Ron Jackson for Anne & Jonathan Mayhew; 11 Clam Point Cove Road (Map 33 Lot 96): Small additions to existing dwelling. The project is in the Quitsa Pond Coastal District.
