MEETING AGENDA ITEMS

Doug Liman; 24 Blacksmith Valley Road (Map 35 Lot 3): Replace 3 windows on the second floor. Upgrade electrical from 100 to 200 amp; Add a gas stove. This project is in the Squibnocket Pond Coastal District.

Toby Hoden and Nancy Ameen; 458 North Road (Map 26 Lot 55): Construct a 23’ 4” x 26’ garage with a gabled roof height of 22’ 2” that is 63 feet from north lot line. Add an overhand at existing side porch of main dwelling. This project is in the North Road Roadside District.

Doug Fogg for Wilma Hancock; 13 Quenames Road (Map 11 Lot 71.1): Build an addition the existing residence to increase the size of a first floor bedroom from 20’ x 12’ to 32’ x 12’. The proposed roof height of the addition will be 15’ and the addition will meet all setbacks. This project is in the South Road Roadside District.
