1. Review of oyster farm reports. Discussion and possible vote on license renewals.
2. Propagation Program- Discussion on the plans for the 2026 season.
3. New town barn- After having such a formidable winter the Shellfish Department would like support from the Shellfish Committee to move forward with a workspace.
4. Topics not reasonably anticipated at the time of posting.
