The Board of the Up Island Council on Aging is looking for a few members to join the Search Committee for a new Director of the Up Island Council on Aging

As a member of the Search committee, you will play a vital role in the recruitment, evaluation and recommendation of the most qualified candidate for this position.

Time Commitment:

It is anticipated that this process will take approximately three months, with zoom meetings scheduled several times each month. Once finalists have been selected, in-person interviews will be conducted.

The Search Committee is looking for individuals who have ideally used the services of the Up Island Council on Aging, and who are able to commit the necessary time and effort for this search. This includes attending all meetings and interviews; reading all relevant material; and actively participating in the selection of the candidate(s) based on requirements of the position.
