New Hire & Payroll Change Notice
NEW HIRES
Department heads that are planning on hiring new personnel need to submit a completed New Hire Form before the employee's start date to allow enough time to complete the onboarding process. It is critical that the electronic onboarding process occur before the employee begins working for the town.
CHANGE IN PAY RATE
In order for the payroll administrator to change the rate of pay for an employee, a completed Payroll Change Notice Form must be received prior the payroll period where the increase will initiate.
