TOWN HALL is CLOSED. Services are being provided Remotely.

The Chilmark Town Hall is CLOSED to the public until April 6, 2020.

Town Services will continue to be provided by town staff who are working from home.

Please send email to the town office you are seeking service from as your first choice.
You may also call the published phone numbers and leave Voice Mail for town offices.
             The response to voicemail MAY not be as rapid as to email.
The option of last resort should be to post your request via US Mail or deposit it in the Town Hall porch mailbox.
              Mail and papers deposited in the porch drop box may not be processed more often than weekly.

Applications for Plumbing, Wiring, & Gas permits are available online. Completed applications should be emailed to asstexecsec@chilmarkma.gov
Applications for Building permits should be emailed to buildassist@chilmarkma.gov

These applications ARE NOT OFFICIALLY RECEIVED by the town until you receive an email receipt from the staff that it has been accepted and you have demonstrated proof of payment for the permit fee.
