A public hearing on the override questions is scheduled for 5:00 P.M. on Tuesday May 18, 2021 via REMOTE PARTICIPATION. Question 1.      Shall the Town of Chilmark be allowed to exempt from the provisions of proposition two and one-half, so-called, the amounts required to pay for the bonds issued in order to pay costs of architectural services and construction of the Fire Station at 3 Menemsha Cross Road and the EMS building at 399 Middle Road, and for the payment of any and all other costs incidental and related thereto?           Yes   No

Question 2.      Shall the Town of Chilmark be allowed to assess an additional $36,200 in real estate and personal property taxes for the purposes of funding the operating budget of the Up Island Regional School District (UIRSD) for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2021?             Yes   No

Question 3.      Shall the Town of Chilmark be allowed to assess an additional $70,300 in real estate and personal property taxes for the purposes of funding the operating budget of the Martha’s Vineyard Regional High School District (MVRHSD) for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2021?  Yes   No

Question 4.      Shall the Town of Chilmark be allowed to assess an additional $41,151.60 in real estate and personal property taxes for the purposes of funding the UIRSD Roof Construction at the West Tisbury School for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2021?      Yes   No

Question 5.      Shall the Town of Chilmark be allowed to assess an additional $9,547.17 in real estate and personal property taxes for the purposes of funding the repair and replacement of the UIRSD West Tisbury School Walk-In Freezer-Refrigerator for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2021?   Yes   No

Question 6.      Shall the Town of Chilmark be allowed to assess an additional $5,779.82 in real estate and personal property taxes for the purposes of funding of the UIRSD West Tisbury School Elevator for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2021?                                                          Yes   No

Question 7.      Shall the Town of Chilmark be allowed to assess an additional $153,376.07 in real estate and personal property taxes for the purposes of funding the UIRSD Chilmark School Phase III Window Replacements for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2021?                             Yes   No
