Please be sure to review the 2024 Annual Town Census (Street Listing) for your household to confirm that the information is correct. If corrections need to be made, please do so on the form.

Please return as promptly as possible in order for the Clerk to update your household's census year and in order for any corrections to the household information to be made.

You may return your 2024 Annual Town Census (Street Listing) to the Clerk by:

MAIL (using the enclosed pre-addressed envelope)

IN PERSON (drop off at the Town Hall at the Clerk's office or into either of the outside dropboxes)

BY EMAIL (scan or photograph your signed & completed 2024 Annual Town Census (Street Listing) and email the attachment to the Clerk at townclerk@chilmarkma.gov)
