Chilmark Housing Committee will hold a Public Hearing on Excise Tax Increase Proposal

The Chilmark Housing Committee will be holding a public hearing on their proposal to “increase the room occupancy excise tax from 4% to 6% and request $200,000 be allocated to the Molly Flender Affordable Housing Trust each year” at the Select Board meeting on Tuesday September 26, 2023 at 5pm in the Chilmark Town Hall.
