Town is seeking proposals for the 30 year lease of a portion of the land at 8 State Road (school) for the construction and operation of a non-profit private preschool of approximately 2,500 square feet, with 2 classrooms, at No-Cost to the Town and regional school district. RFP available from the Town Administrator: townadministrator@chilmarkma.gov. Deadline for proposal submissions is 12 noon on January 2, 2024 Select Board Office, 401 Middle Road, Chilmark, MA 02535.
