NOTICE OF ELECTION
September 2, 2022 To Active Members/Retirees of the Dukes County Contributory Retirement System: Notice of Election Election Date: December 2, 2022 Purpose To elect the Fourth and Fifth Members of the Dukes County Retirement Board in accordance with the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 32, 840 CMR 7.00. Term of Office Effective January 1, 2023 – December 31, 2025 Eligible Candidates Members in service and retirees of the Dukes County Retirement System. Nomination Papers Any member or retiree of the Dukes County Contributory Retirement System may qualify as a candidate by filing with the Dukes County Retirement Office a nomination paper or papers containing the signatures and addresses of at least twenty (20) members or retirees of the Dukes County Retirement System.

The last day to submit nomination papers is September 30, 2022, @ noon. BALLOTS WILL BE MAILED TO ALL EMPLOYEES/RETIREES ON NOVEMBER 7, 2022
Place of Election Dukes County Retirement Office 9 Airport Road Edgartown, MA 02539 Date of Election December 2, 2022, 3:00pm to 5:00pm Ballots must be received or hand-delivered no later than 5:00pm on Thursday, December 1, 2022.
