COVID TEST KITS DISTRIBUTION

While supplies last, town residents may pick up COVID-19 test kits from the Board of Health office at the Chilmark Town Hall 

Wednesdays from 10:00-11:30am and 

Thursdays from 4:30-6:00pm. 

If you cannot pick up or send a designee during these time periods, 

please contact the BOH office at (508) 645-2105.

*please be considerate - one kit per person

LOCATION OF DISTRIBUTION:

Chilmark Town Hall, 401 Middle Road: 

Please park in the main town hall lot accessed from the Middle Road entrance. 

Walk to the front of the building and enter the main door facing Beetlebung Corner. 

Please DO NOT park in the emergency services lot.

A mask is required.

Additionally, COVID-19 home test kits can be ordered online through the federal web-based ordering platform at https://www.covidtests.gov. 

Every home in the US is eligible to order 4 free at-home COVID-19 tests.

The tests are completely free. 

Orders will usually ship in 7-12 days.
