Under the MA Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L.c.131, Section 40 and the Chilmark Wetlands Protection By-law, the Chilmark Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on an application filed by the Sourati Engineering Group on behalf of SWB Limited Partnership. The applicant is seeking permission to build an 827 +/- sq ft studio with associated utilities located within the Riverfront Area and 128’ +/- from the edge of a wetland. The property is located at 8 Greenhouse Lane (AP 33-30).
