Project: relocation of a pre-1978 single-family residence with associated utilities away from an eroding Coastal Bank and the construction and maintenance of a shore protection on the Coastal Bank to protect the relocated residence.

May 2026 - Request for Amendment:
Remove the shore protection portion of the project and all related plans and special conditions.

March 2026 Request for Amendment:
Remove the shore protection from 8 Greenhouse Lane and all associated Special Conditions and approve a new site plan for an updated footprint of a new residence away from the Coastal Bank and demolition of the current single-family residence near an eroding Coastal Bank.
