Applicant:  Peter Neilly.  Address: 22 Blackberry Lane (AP7-3.1)

Project: The applicant would like to place spoils from the installation of a new septic system in their back yard to level an area adjacent to the dwelling. A portion of the yard within the 100-foot buffer zone of a Bordering Vegetated Wetland.

9:10 am Request for Determination of Applicabiility

Applicant:  Donaroma’s Address: 10 Cygnet Way (AP 24-34.2)

Project: The applicant would like to cut back and remove stems and seed heads of non-native Phragmite monoculture. Location of the cutting is around the property's kayak launch and surrounding area. It would take place between late summer and killing frost period. Annual mitigation is requested, which will be closely monitored and evaluated for the best health of Chilmark Pond and related area.
