ADDITIONAL 

  • Updates on utilities for both FS and EMS:  wells, combined generator location, propane tank location
  • Updates on permitting:  ConComm, ZBA
  • Separation of Public Parking scope of work to be included with the FS, not the EMS bid.  Limit of work for the Public Parking will need to be shown and included on the FS bid drawings and clarified on the EMS bid drawings to include all construction of Public Parking up to an including steps to EMS, parking lot lighting and future EV stations.
  • EMS Fire Pump requires diesel fuel storage tank, location to be determined.

  • on July 8 at 9:43 – conduit locations for FS for electric, telephone, CATC and IT services branched off to Town Hall
  • July 13 at 9:58 -  particularly Owner IT/Sec review– who is doing this for the Town?
