Review division of work preliminary proposal.

Review 60% CD progress sets.

• Both EMS and Station are now at 60% CDs.

• Next submittal to be October 11, 2021, 90% CDs.

Review additional cost proposal for civil specifications.

Landscape presentation tentatively scheduled for Wednesday, Sept. 22 Committee meeting. Can be before or after general meeting.

Owner provided construction items: Begin to develop hard schedules and costs.

• Well for EMS HQ well w/pump only – piping, conduit, etc. by EMS site G.C. and subcontractors (plumbing, electrician)

• Hazmat at existing station

• Sale and removal of EMS site house.

• Town Hall crawl space prep for water, sump pump, and IT/CATV/Tel conduit

• Need to establish where sump pump water is collected during construction.

Review parking requirements for Town Hall during construction:

• We will need to show this info in the Contract Staging and Security site plan and specs. See Meeting Memo 22.07.
