Building Department Fees have been increased effective December 15. Construction: $6.50 per $1,000 of Total Building Cost; Solar Roof/Ground Mounted Array, Foundation Only, Roofing/Siding/Windows $200; Pool/Tennis Court$300; Shed $400; Demolition $500. Schedule available at Town Hall and on website.
