1. Move into Executive Session for the purposes of a preliminary review of applications received for the Chilmark Chief of Police position.
   1. Executive Session
      1. Review of all applications by committee
      2. Discussion of possible initial culling, straw-poll, rating of all applications.
      3. Vote to Select 5 candidates to invite to an in-person interview with the Preliminary Screening Committee on January 12^th 2023 from 10:30AM – 4:30 PM

AGENDA

1. Move into executive session for the purposes of the preliminary screening process
   1. choosing the final list of standard questions
   2. assignments
   3. Interview 5 candidates for 45 minutes each, with 15 minutes between interviews to review, and a 30 minute lunch break at 12:30 PM.
   4. Discussion of the interviews, straw poll of ranking the interviews/candidates, deliberation on 3 finalists to recommend to the Select Board. Vote on three finalists and any ranking of remaining candidates if one of the three initial finalists decline.
   5. Invitations extended to the 3 finalists, release publically subject to the candidates acceptance for final in-person interview by Select board on TV January 31^st 1:30 PM
2. Move back into regular Session to potentially announce recommendation to Select Board of three finalists (if all three have accepted their initiation).
