  2. Planning Board
    1. Homesite Housing proposed zoning bylaw amendment #1 (eliminating phrase “but, not less than one acre” from section 6.9, B. 3)
    2. Tennis Court proposed zoning bylaw amendments (adding a definition of Tennis Court to include pickle ball courts in ZBL Art. 2 and amending ZBL Art. 4 to address this new definition) AND an email to alert you to the concurrence of the PB with Town Counsel’s recommendations to “simplify” the proposed amendments.
    3. Letter of request from PB for a Master Plan work warrant article of $20,000.
    4. The Public Hearing for the Homesite Housing proposed zoning bylaw amendment # 2 (providing setback relief in section 6.1 for Homesite Housing Lots) occurs this coming Mon., Jan. 24th at 4:30PM.
    5. PB went on a site visit to PHPs yesterday. They may have something for the Select Board after their meeting on Monday, Jan. 24th.
