    1. Proposed changes to the Chilmark Waterways Rules and Regulations.
    2. Restriction of mooring placement within Hariph’s Creek and the SE shoreline of Edward’s Island for the 2023 Mooring Year.
    3. Emergency repair to the West facing bulkhead of the Filled Dock.
    4. Recommendation from the Harbor Advisory Committee to issue a notice to the owner of two inactive commercial fishing vessels occupying the Commercial Fishing Bulkhead, to vacate due to safety concerns and lack of use.

    1. Declare 2015 Ford Expedition surplus and authorize trade-in towards the 2022 replacement cruiser.
