5.  Beach - Seasonal Appointments recommended from Beach Superintendent

6.  Annual Town Meeting - June 8, 2020 5:30 PM Community Center outside Basketball Court
       a.  New time, outside location, you Must arrive wearing a face-covering, chairs are 6' apart.
       b.  One Way flow of pedestrians, PLEASE FOLLOW Signs and not wander in from all directions.
       c.  ENTRANCE is behind stage door at Tennis Shack - Handicapped and Elderly parking behind stage.
       d.  Voter Check-In tables under tents behind CCC near Tennis Shack, two isles onto basketball court and chairs.
       e.  EXIT from the basketball court towards the Post Office or between Art Shack and CCC to front lot.
       f.   Porta potty located near entrance and exit
       g.  Please observe social distancing of 6 feet, Stay home if you are sick, our Quorum is 25 voters, we will have 120 chairs,  PROTECT YOURSELF, BE MINDFUL, LIMIT EXPOSURE, Be Safe.  Some people remain Safer At Home. 
             RAIN DATE determined by 11 AM.

7.  Annual Town Election - June 10, 2020 @ 12:00 - 6:00 PM Community Center
     New time, new location in the Big Room, you Must arrive wearing a face-covering, waiting spaces/stations are 6' apart.
            WE ASK THAT YOU CONSIDER Voting Early or Voting Absentee for this election

       a.  ENTRANCE is via the Ramp into the big room.  NOT the front door.
       b.  The approach-line up the ramp will have six (6) foot separation marks for waiting.
       c.  Inside the double door there will be five (5) waiting spaces - six (6) feet apart.  Please wait at a marked space or other marked position until there is room for you to proceed to the next station.  Once you cast your ballot, please exit immediately via the front door.  (Wheelchairs will be escorted back to the ramp for exiting.)
       d.  There will be two Voter Check-In tables, six voter carrels on six separate tables, one automark machine.
       e.  Any observers will be on the stage.
       f.  After marking your ballot, there are six waiting spaces near the ballot box that are six feet apart.
       g.  Please place your ballot face up on the ballot box and exit the front room via the main front doors/vestibule.
