Notice is hereby given that the Chilmark Board of Selectmen will hold a Regular Meeting for the following purpose(s):

1. Approval of Minutes of the Board of Selectmen:

a.      Green Community grant application

b.      Public Safety Building Committee - Update

c.      Resignation – Mary Breslauer MV Center for Living board

d.       TTA Retirement Assessments – draft agreement

4. PUBLIC REQUESTS:

a.      Healthy Aging MV – Appointment of Selectman to board; Warren Doty

b.      Martha’s Vineyard Fisheries Preservation Trust – Meet the Fleet August 6th 3-7 PM

c.       Charter School PTO – Spring Fling fundraiser March 21st 6-10 pm

d.       MV Book Festival – Author Series August 23rd 7-10PM @ CCC

e.       Josh Scott – Subordination request Youth Lot Peaked Hill Pastures
