BOH Goals and Priorities for FY23 (Standing Item)
- Update BOH regulations
- Upgrade BOH website (ongoing)
- Digitize all well and septic files (Jan – Jun 2023?)
- Promote thriving local agricultural and seafood production and (local/on-island) marketing to improve the nutritional options for Chilmark residents and the Island
- Increase the resilience and self-sufficiency of the Chilmark population in the face of inevitable severe turbulence of the international, national and local economic systems we currently rely on due to climate change and political upheavals.

- Get BOH to pick two “finalist” designs for consideration April 20 DONE
- I2CHW and TRI for help with 33 North Road; electrical inspector to go to 33 North Main House and complete inspection ONGOING
- Confirm with George that there is no guest house and that the pool house does not qualify as a bedroom bcz no privacy DONE.
- Update Katie on status of CCC racism project DONE
- Obtain all documentation for CCC summer license REQUESTED
- Collect all prior Bite minutes, decisions, approved plans and produce a checklist for completion and summer operation DONE
