1. Review of FY20 revenues v Fy19 in light of revenue shortfalls

2.  Staffing for LVB, Squibnocket and Menemsha for this summer
  a.) Start date for  each beach Review of FY20 budget
   b.) Staffing levels for each beach
  c.)  Plans for accomplishing social distancing, access, and staff/visitor safety
  d.) Discuss needed signage
  e.)  Seek Selectmen's approval for Budget Freeze exemptions for staffing/programs.

3. Review FY21 budget request and suggest possible changes to FINCOM for their meeting Thursday.
