This public hearing was continued from 3/26/26 ZBA meeting.

The applicant previously received a special permit for a pool. The applicant seeks to relocate the pool equipment in a location that does not meet the setback requirement from a lot line. A written letter of consent has been received from the affected abutter.

17 High Mark (Map 26 Lot 76): Application for Special Permit under Bylaw 6.11(B)2

 

This public hearing was continued from 3/26/26 ZBA meeting.

The applicant seeks to demolish the existing main dwelling and accessory structures and construct a new main dwelling, garage with loft, pool cabana and detached bedroom. The lot is 6.75 acres which allows for a total living area (TLA) of 4437.5 sf without a special permit. The current TLA is 3,083 sf. The proposed TLA is 6487 sf which would require 2050 extra sf over the allowable TLA.

This public hearing was continued from 3/26/26 ZBA meeting.

The applicant seeks to challenge the denial of a building permit without a special permit from the ZBA for a second dwelling on the 19.6-acre lot due to exceeding the total living area by right.

9:15 AM: SCHOFIELD, BARBINI AND HOEHN INC. for DANCING MEADOW PARTNERS LLC; 60 Stonewall Road (Map 32 Lots 61.1 & 63.2): Request to Update Approved Site Plan

The applicant received a special permit for a pool in January 2026. The pool equipment was to be placed to the side of an existing garage. The applicant is returning to request to substitute a new site plan showing the pool equipment enclosed in a 10’ x 12’ structure.
