1. | Schofield, Barbini & Hoehn Inc. for Alecue Trust: 2 Youngs Way (Map 25 Lot 137): The applicant seeks to construct a 16’ x 32’ pool. The pool equipment is proposed to be stored below a proposed section of deck to be added. The site plan indicates wetlands are just over 100 feet from the location of the proposed deck – the last delineation was December 2012. The elevation slopes downward – the proposed pool and deck are between elevations 48-52 and the wetlands are downslope below 44. The pool will be located behind the existing dwelling and is not expected to be visible from the public way. The property is located in the South Road Roadside District. |
2. | Coastal Solar MV Inc. for Allison Burger & Mary Beth Grady: 19 State Road (Map 30 Lot 81): The applicant seeks to remove and replace the existing asphalt roof in kind and install a roof-mounted 7.04 kW 16-panel solar array on the secondary dwelling unit. The dwelling was built in 1900 and is therefore considered historic. There was a ground-mounted array that was removed. |
