A special permit issued by the ZBA for this project in the same year. The pool was never installed. The owners have changed their plans for the pool and are returning to present them. The property is in the Meeting House Road and South Road Roadside Districts. |

The structure does not meet the required setbacks from the lot line and is located within 100 ft of a wetland. The existing structure is located in inland Shore District of Nashaquitsa Pond. |
