SITE REVIEW COMMITTEE JANUARY 12TH - AGENDA ITEMS

Music Street Architects for Grayson & Tyler McNeely: 260 South Road (Map 24 Lot 175):

The applicant seeks setback relief to locate a heat pump condenser, backup generator and outdoor shower less than 50 ft. from lot line. Written consent has been acquired from the affected abutter. The property is located in the South Road Roadside District.

 

Schofield, Barbini & Hoehn Inc. for Edward R. Damiano & Toby M. Milgrome; 94 Menemsha Inn Road (Map 21 Lot 38.4): The applicant has appeared twice before the Site Review Committee already for this project (7/21/25 & 11/3/25). The applicant is returning with some changes to their original plans: a new septic system, natatorium relocated to outside of Coastal District, modified building enveloped (pending Planning Board approval) and minor modifications to the proposed studio and accessory dwelling unit. The property is located in the inland Coastal District of the Atlantic Ocean.

 

Guimaraes Brothers Construction Inc. for Simmons Turner Family LLC: 4 Shepherds Path (Map 24 Lot 8): The applicant seeks to construct a new deck and external staircase with cable railing on an existing dwelling that will meet required setbacks. The property is located in the South Road Roadside District.
