Notice is hereby given that the Chilmark Board of Selectmen will hold a Regular Meeting for the following purpose(s):

 

MEETING CALLED TO ORDER

         

1. Approval of Minutes of the Board of Selectmen:

a.       September 3, 2019

2. PUBLIC PRESENTATION:

A.      Island Climate Action Network – Robert Hanneman & Joan Malkin

 3. ITEMS:

a.       Suicide Prevention Week

b.       Chilmark School HVAC

c.       CCC HVAC update

d.       Meetinghouse Road Association - $11,035.28 letter

e.       399 Middle Road - Closing scheduled September 23, 2019

4. PUBLIC REQUESTS:

a.       VTA – Winter Schedule. Loss of services

5. DEPARTMENT REQUESTS:

a.       Town Clerk – Appointment of Election Officers

b.       Conservation Officer – Dredging Permit estimates & map

c.       CCC / BOH – PWS Operator. Recommend Bennett Environmental $4,000/year

6. Town Administrator

a.       Edgartown Selectmen – MVRHS meeting invite October 7th 4 PM

b.       STM – October 28. Waiting on Free Cash certification timing.

c.       Attorney General – second extension agreement
