2. Vineyard Transit Authority - A Grant:  Summer service, Menemsha Shuttle, Early service to Parking Lot for employees of Menemsha and Beetlebung, connection of Routes 4 & 5
3. Harbor Master - permission to locate a shed next to the Comfort Station
4. Tabor House Shuttle Parking Lot - trash and debris accumulating. Tree trucks and fish truck.  Town Trailers & storage boxes.  Proposal to lock the gate remove storage boxes, and relocate trailers.
5. Fire Chief - Monthly report and updates,

   1. Primary Warrant to call election
   2. Appointment of Election officers
7. Fire/EMS Building Committee - Legal release, final meeting Feb 14, 2024

   1. Engagement Letter from new Auditors
   2. Advertising for ZBA & Registrar - due February 16
   3. PHP RFP - authorize hiring a high level review of the document with Town Counsel and new Consultant (<10 hours)
   4. Notify state of Animal Control Officer appointment - Chris Murphy

10. EXECUTIVE SESSION - 3. To discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining or litigation if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigating position of the public body and the chair so declares;
    1. At the time the executive session is proposed and voted on, the chair must state on the record that having the discussion in an open session may be detrimental to the public body’s bargaining or litigating position.
